Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

By creating an account or using ShowMeTrade (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Balkan Bug LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@showmetrade.com.

ShowMeTrade is a social and educational platform where users publish trade ideas and analyses, follow one another, chat, and build public track records. All trading positions on the Service are simulated (paper) — no real orders are placed, no funds are held, and no brokerage account is connected.

You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the web, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You own the content you post and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes fraud, market manipulation, or scams; and you may not impersonate others, spam, or abuse other users.

The Service provides tools to report posts, comments, and chat messages and to block other users. We review reported content and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, generally within 24 hours of a report. Report abuse to info@showmetrade.com.

All content on ShowMeTrade is provided by users for educational and informational purposes only and is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Trades shown are simulated. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

Creator subscriptions are sold only on the web and on Android and are processed by Stripe. On iOS the app does not sell any content or subscriptions in the app.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balkan Bug LLC is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any user content.
